Our process is simple & transparent.

1.)  You reach out to us via phone, email, social media, or our website.  We try to initially collect as much information about your project as possible.  The more information you can provide us the better.  Depending on project complexity and information provided, we can sometimes even provide a "ballpark number" before proceeding to the next step.

2.)  If a "ballpark number" was provided by us and within your budget, we set up a time to meet at the project location to go over all the details/expectations.  We will take hard measurements, take pictures, look at access to the project space, and discuss scheduling among other things.  Once we have discussed/gathered all these necessary pieces of information, we can put together a detailed estimate for your review.

3.)  Give us roughly 1 - 3 business days to put together a free estimate for your project.  All our of estimates will be thoroughly detailed with the project scope and include a contract of what's to be expected from us before, during, and after the completion of the project.  All estimates are sent electronically via email or text message.  If the estimate looks good, than it's as simple as signing off on it and getting on our schedule! 

4.)  Once the estimate has been signed, we will reach back out to set a hard date for starting your project.  This will depend on a variety of factors, but mostly dependent on our work load at that given time and future weather predictions.  We also will require that the deposit is paid anytime between the signing of the estimate and the morning of the day we start the project.  This deposit helps us acquire any necessary materials before arriving on site.

5.)  The day is finally here and we arrive on site to complete your project!  We ensure that all materials have been acquired/scheduled before our arrival to help minimize/eliminate any delays.  We make sure to protect any areas and keep our footprint as minimal as possible.  Quality is at our utmost concern, so of course we will be ensuring the best work possible is being done.  Once the project is complete, we ensure that you are 100% satisfied before we leave.

6.)  Given that you are now 100% satisfied with the end result, we electronically send a final invoice for the project.  We accept all types of payment methods to include credit cards, bank accounts, checks, and of course cash!  After this has been completed, all that's left to do is to enjoy your new concrete space created by Countywide Concrete!
